A pic I made to be the layout image of my neopets guild xpressed talents (XT). The Zaff is one of our mascots. Our 1st council seems to be in an indefinate haitus...I've contacted all the council who logged into neo within like two weeks. Only one 2nd council bothered mailing me back, and she doesn't have that adin power. If you know and of the council, please notify them I have a possible layout image ready.

I'm farily happy with how this came out. Fuzzy art again. The clouds didn't ome out quite as nice as in Griffincliff but I do like my lightning. (cough if you can't tell what those bright streaks were cough)

Good luck getting that layout on! I did a layout WAY earlier than you, contacted all the first council and they all did not reply. I highly doubt that this guild will ever get back to it's former glory, not in the near future anyway.
